We are looking for a 4-6 years PQE Senior Associate to join our fast-paced and highly regarded RED&SR team. The role is based in our London office in Farringdon.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics or equivalent skills and will have gained experience from a top-quality commercial practice. You will be a lawyer who is comfortable dealing with all aspects of RED&SR law.

Key responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Director and Head of RED&SR and wider team whilst managing your own diverse caseload
  • Managing a wide range of RED&SR matters, including but not limited to:
    • Party wall claims
    • Developer claims
    • Trespass claims
    • Dealing with Right to light easements
    • Proactively conducting and dealing with Landlord and tenant matters
    • Possession proceedings on behalf of landlords and lenders
