Lawrence Stephens is delighted to be a corporate partner of the FEBE Growth 100 2023.

Joining the likes of PWC, Pictet, and Boodles, Lawrence Stephens has partnered with FEBE (For Entrepreneurs, By Entrepreneurs) as part of their Growth 100 list of the very best in class entrepreneurs and a celebration of some of the fastest growing, founder-led businesses in the UK.

The FEBE Growth 100 Awards bring together some of the most vibrant and unique businesses and entrepreneurs to share in their journey to success.

We will be championing these pioneering founders who have developed incredible ideas into market-leading products and services, by sharing our connections, providing support and advice.

As a proud founder-led business, Lawrence Stephens has built a strong connection with FEBE and the fantastic candidates on its Growth 100 list from the outset, sharing in the ethos and philosophy of these entrepreneurs who are quickly establishing themselves as leaders in their respective fields.

From FMCG to tech, lifestyle products and wellbeing services, the companies comprising this list bring together some of the brightest minds in business and represent some of the most exciting companies coming out of the UK.  As these companies and founders look towards a bright future, the Growth 100 Awards recognise outstanding achievement, invention, and entrepreneurial spirit.

A league table of Britain’s founder-led private companies with the fastest-growing sales, businesses looking to enter must be independent UK companies, with founders who remain at the core of the business and having sales between £3m and £200m in their latest financial year.

Co-Founder Steven Bernstein and Head of Employment Jo Mackie are working closely with Founder John Maffioli and the team from FEBE and meeting with some of the key business owners and entrepreneurs making up the Growth 100.

Steven Bernstein comments: “Having founded Lawrence Stephens over 26 years ago and grown the firm from a small office on Oxford Street to a full-service firm of almost 100 lawyers, I have seen first-hand the struggles faced by founders as they look to build their business.  It’s an honour to be a partner in this fantastic endeavour alongside FEBE, and a pleasure to be able to mentor some truly unique and exciting businesses and founders.”
