In addition, Lawrence Stephens’ team of Real Estate Finance solicitors have been instructed on the Bank’s first case, involving a refinance of an existing loan secured against a recently renovated and extended property configured as a 5-bed HMO.

A leading provider of legal services to Challenger Banks, Lawrence Stephens brings specialist expertise in real estate finance and banking to Recognise Bank’s inaugural panel of legal advisors.
