Lawrence Stephens has announced a considerable expansion to its Private Client division, with four senior hires within the Family Practice area. A new Head of department, as well as two Directors and an Associate Solicitor, will join Lawrence Stephens Family Practice from Tuesday 1 November 2022.

Naheed Taj will step in as Head of Family Law at the firm, from the 1^st November 2022. Naheed will bring with her, a wealth of experience, including a network of international referrals, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Naheed has 10 years’ experience in Family Law and specialises in divorce and complicated child arrangement issues. She stresses the importance of after-care for her clients to ensure that their agreements have been implemented as planned, without further complications.

The team will be further bolstered by the appointments of Corinne Park and Ben Castle as Directors, and with Bethan Hills Howels as an Associate. The newfound team boasts a combination of 40+ years practice between them in advising clients in all matters of multijurisdictional work, from divorce, to financial settlement and complex children matters.

Following a period of growth at Lawrence Stephens, the latest appointments will enable the firms’ Private Client arm to effectively service growing demands from clients without compromise. Having welcomed 27 new lawyers over the course of 2022, Lawrence Stephens has set out solid foundations for further sustainable growth.
