One of the UK’s leading Family lawyers, I have twenty years’ experience acting for clients on a range of Family law matters, from divorces and dissolution of civil partnerships to financial claims and settlements, cohabitation agreements, child arrangement orders and both pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Approaching each case with empathy, proactivity and a commitment to working in my clients’ best interests, I have built up a solid reputation as a trusted and highly knowledgeable Family lawyer across London and the wider legal industry; I am currently ranked in the Legal 500 and am Recommended in the Spear’s 500 list for 2023.

I primarily act for HNWIs on both domestic and international divorce cases which involve substantial assets, including companies and off-shore assets held in trust; previous clients have included entrepreneurs, foreign nationals, non-domiciles, politicians and sports professionals.

In addition, I am an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and is a Resolution-approved mediator with the ability to provide mediation services in both English and Gujarati.  A skilled Children Act practitioner, I have also worked on a number of child abduction cases as well as applications for leave to remove children permanently abroad.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing football and is a life-long Spurs fan and season ticket holder.

• J v H [ 2022] EWFL 133 – Freezing Order. Successfully defended application for a worldwide freezing order of assets within financial remedies proceedings on behalf of ULHNW Wife
• Acted for celebrity hairdresser on the breakdown of his civil partnership and financial claims arising from his relationship in RCJ
• Acted for ULHNW Husband within divorce and financial remedies claim with net asset worth of £120m including the value of his Oil Brokerage which was purchased by US private equity during the course of the proceedings
