I joined Lawrence Stephens with more than 20 years' PQE in Employment Law. I am a renowned expert in all aspects of discrimination claims, TUPE and collective consultation in M&A. I deliver pragmatic, business savvy solutions for my clients.
I have been involved in multi-national acquisitions and restructures, advising on the onerous complexities that TUPE and collective consultation bring to business and directors. I am an expert in disability discrimination and the liabilities facing employers in the Equality Act.
I have worked for SME clients and large businesses advising on claims raised by their employees. I represent clients at Employment Tribunal and at the High Court and have worked in the European Courts.
I seek to get to know my clients individually to understand how they work, meaning I can identify where their areas of risk are and support them to mitigate that risk. By developing good working relationships, I have become a trusted adviser when it comes to anything employment related.
I contribute regular employment law updates for The Times' business supplement Raconteur, and am also the go-to employment law expert on the Vanessa Feltz TV show and on BBC Radio with Kate Justice.
As a sports fan, I used to play soccer before the UK ban on women playing was lifted. I now coach a junior girls’ team playing in London and Kent leagues. I am a keen follower of our England Lionesses, and watch them play whenever I can.
I enjoy family time and try to keep up with my teenage daughter. I have also run the London marathon twice and hope to do so again soon. I run the London 10k for Breast Cancer Now annually.
Living in London, I enjoy socialising, trying new restaurants and attending theatre shows and new art exhibitions with friends.
