    • Meet Katherine

    • After completing her formal studies at the College of Law in Guildford, Katherine worked in local government before joining Lawrence Stephens as a Trainee Solicitor in 2009.

      After qualifying in December 2011, Katherine joined our Corporate team, regularly advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters, from terms and conditions to shareholders’ agreements and employment contracts.

      Katherine also works on share and asset sales, acquisitions, mergers, restructuring and other corporate transactions, regularly supporting clients with the closure of deals varying in scale and scope. Her diverse client portfolio includes individuals and businesses across in the food, media, health, sport and property sectors.

      Katherine also has significant experience in banking and is part of the firm’s secured lending team, regularly liaising with banks on corporate matters and their standard banking documentation.

      Outside work, her interests include rambling, swimming, yoga and reading.
