    • Meet Katrina

    • As a trainee, Katrina values her role in the firm to learn to develop her skills as a future solicitor by supporting her colleagues in being efficient, constructive and dedicated.

Katrina has a joint honours degree in Law and French from the University of Bristol and went on to study LPC LLM at the University of Law, where she achieved a distinction. Prior to commencing her Training Contract, Katrina spent a period of time as a paralegal. To-date, she has completed one seat in Secured Lending, with an overlap of some commercial property and residential purchase/sales. She is currently half way into her litigation seat.

Her experience has included the opportunity to attend a trial at the Business and Company Courts, in which our team defeated a petitioner’s s944 Unfair Prejudice claim against our client; and more recently, a cross-jurisdictional regulatory matter. Katrina enjoys engaging with clients in a personal way, by treating their matters as she would her own: with compassion, enthusiasm and dedication.

Katrina is Lawrence Stephens’ resident adventurer. She is highly sociable and loves to travel and meet new people. Whether trekking in Machu Picchu, running a half marathon in Bordeaux or taking part in charitable work, Katrina always makes time for new pursuits. A true Europhile, Katrina is fluent in French and German and hopes to start another language course soon.

    • “I appreciate your view and attitude to your work.... that is what will stand you apart from “other” solicitors. I am sure you will make an amazing solicitor.” - Vanessa Hales, A residential client obtaining a bridging loan for a self-build.
