Meet Mark Toland
Mark has a wealth of experience which belies his four years of qualification acquired at a Legal 500 firm acting for bridging and high street lenders, large national developers, registered providers, and both commercial landlords and commercial tenants.
He acts mainly for bridging and high street lenders, advising on the security of their lending over all types of commercial property and residential development. He manages deals which typically range from £1m – £15m+ and recently acted for a national high street bank in a multi-million-pound transaction encompassing 890 agreements across 41 titles. Mark prides himself on his ability to create good working relationships, which has been noted repeatedly by his clients. He likes to take the time to understand a client’s commercial goals, and ensure that these goals underpin each and every transaction.
Mark is sports mad but his main love is rugby; he plays for a local team and could easily lose an afternoon watching Ulster play.
