Miriam joined Lawrence Stephens’ residential property department as an associate in 2022.

Miriam completed a masters law degree in Slovakia before relocating to the UK and qualifying as a solicitor.  She spent some time successfully managing blocks of flats in central London on behalf of freehold owners before focusing fully on her legal career.

Post qualification Miriam has been working as a residential property solicitor dealing with a wide variety of transactions and clients.

Her Real Estate experience spans across sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extension transactions, remortgages, equity transfers and landlord and tenant matters.

With her proactive approach and excellent problem solving skills Miriam always delivers excellent client care.  From first-time buyers to property investors Miriam is able to find a common ground with each client and achieve a desirable outcome for all parties.

Outside work Miriam loves to spend sunny weekends at a beach with her daughter.

Experience highlights 

• Acting for a developer of a new build property on grant of leases to 28 residential flats.
• Acting on purchase transactions involving numerous remortgages as a way of funding
• Acting for a freeholder on grant of voluntary lease extensions in a block of flats
• Acting for a number of first time buyers and guiding them through the purchase of their first home
