My practical experience of working in Human Resources has provided me with valuable insight of the challenges faced by directors and HR managers as well as the rights of individuals. My deep understanding of the workplace environment enables me to support my colleagues in the Employment team and our clients by providing efficient solutions to employment-related problems.
Meet Samantha
I joined Lawrence Stephens in September 2024 following a decade - long career in human resources, having previously worked as the Head of HR in central London based law firms. I am currently working towards qualifying as an employment solicitor.
I have experience of a wide range of employment law issues throughout the life cycle of the employment relationship and particular experience working with SRA regulated firms and employees.
Outside of work I enjoy learning new skills and taking part in creative hobbies.
