Our specialist Real Estate Finance Team is one of the largest and most experienced in London.  We advise on a range of real estate finance matters both in the UK and abroad.  We regularly advise on how to structure deals including lending for property acquisition, commercial and residential projects and restructuring existing finance arrangements.

We work with clearing banks, private banks, short term and bridging lenders, development funders, family offices and private lenders on a senior and mezzanine basis.  We have substantial experience supporting challenger banks when they first come to the market, helping them navigate the issues that arise in their initial years of trading.

We proactively drive all matters towards drawdown and find practical, commercial, and timely solutions to any issues that arise along the way.  We facilitate transactions by the introduction of people, property and finance as necessary.  We bring to bear our industry wide experience in the commercial, residential, healthcare and leisure sectors.

We bring the same skillset to international finance transactions acting on behalf of offshore lenders and borrowers utilising our extensive offshore contacts.
