Meet Katie

I am a Paralegal in the Employment team.

I studied Psychology at Royal Holloway before completing the PgDL and SQE at the University of Law in Moorgate. Before joining Lawrence Stephens, I spent five years working in HR within the automotive industry, which sparked my interest in employment law and inspired me to pursue a legal career.

During my legal studies, I also gained qualifying work experience at the University of Law Legal Advice Clinic, where I worked across several practice areas including family, immigration, employment and criminal law. Additionally, I observed hearings in the Court of Protection and Valuation Tribunal Service gaining insight into court processes. 

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, playing golf and trying out new restaurants. I’m always happy to hear recommendations for your favourite restaurants, so please do send them my way!
