Unregulated term lending

We regularly act for established and new lenders offering unregulated term loans.  Our considerable experience means that we are well regarded for preparing, advising and concluding term lending transactions.

Revolving debt

We assist our lender clients in making revolving credit facilities available for their borrowers on a quick and flexible basis: we appreciate the need for businesses to have the ability to draw on capital at short notice.  We also become involved in drawing down funding to complete on future property transactions and adding them to the suite of security held by the lender.

Structured finance

Our team specialises in providing advice for a broad range of lenders in structured finance transactions.  We understand issues that may affect lenders and work with our clients to develop practical, innovative structures for their borrowers.
