Ella Darnell

I graduated from the University of Leeds with a first-class degree in Psychology, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding audience behaviour and communication. I bring this perspective into my work, helping to shape clear, thoughtful and engaging marketing content.

Before joining Lawrence Stephens, I gained experience across marketing, PR and research roles, including internships where I contributed to campaign planning, social media content, website copy and press materials. I enjoy working on a variety of projects and collaborating with colleagues to deliver practical, well-executed BD activity.

Outside of work, I love exploring everything London has to offer, particularly trying new restaurants and going to concerts. I am a keen traveller, having spent time across South America after university, and always welcome any travel recommendations!
