Gareth Hughes is an experienced Private Client lawyer with more than 20 years’ PQE in acting to protect and preserve his clients’ wealth and assets.
Gareth’s clients include HNWIs (both domiciled in the UK and of non-domiciled status), advising on estate and tax planning, the preparation of complex Wills and the creation and administration of trusts. He also acts for clients to prepare both UK and US Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, draft declarations of trust, make applications to the Court of Protection and manage a full range of probate matters.
When not working, Gareth has passion for travel and adventure, and enjoys experiencing different cultures around the world. He also enjoys running, swimming and is a keen rugby fan.
