Meet Kelsey

Originally from the Lake District, I joined Lawrence Stephens as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2026. I studied Law at university, achieving a first class LLB (Hons) degree. Following this, I completed the LPC with distinction. 

Post graduation, I moved to London and worked as a paralegal in well-known law firms, initially working in Property Litigation before transitioning to Public Law, wherein I worked primarily in police misconduct matters and as a state participant in a long-running public inquiry. 

These experiences gave me practical exposure to working in law and have allowed me to develop a range of skills which I look forward to enhancing further over the course of my training contract.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and getting involved in everything London has to offer from food to music and culture. I also love staying active with yoga, pilates, and being out in nature.
