Meet Chloe

I am a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance team at Lawrence Stephens. I graduated from the University of Leicester with an LLB and spent a year studying abroad at the University of Stockholm.

Before joining Lawrence Stephens, I worked in commercial property, advising on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and secured lending transactions.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, hiking and fitness. I particularly enjoy taking on new challenges and have completed hikes including Mount Kilimanjaro and Ben Nevis.
