Meet Josie

I am a Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance team at Lawrence Stephens.

I studied law at the University of Westminster, graduating in 2021, and completed the SQE whilst working as a paralegal. Prior to qualification, I worked as a paralegal in property law and subsequently continued working in commercial and residential property post-qualification. I have worked across all areas of property, advising on acquisitions and disposals, finances and commercial leases.

I value maintaining strong relationships with clients and aim to always achieve the best possible results whilst keeping the client fully informed throughout the process.
