Lawrence Stephens has acted for Ansor Group company, Compliance Group Limited, to acquire Flair Developments Ltd and Zeta Compliance Services Limited.

Senior Director, Steven Bernstein, completed the acquisitions of Flair, an Enfield-based fire safety company specialising in the provision of fire alarms, fire doors and fire stopping, and Zeta, a water and fire risk management and compliance services provider based in Bicester with clients across the UK. Zeta’s founder, Rob Nicoll, together with Flair Directors, Bob Wilkinson and Tony Monk, are set to remain with the businesses as they enter this next stage of growth as part of Compliance Group.

The two acquisitions, completed in July 2021, enables Compliance Group to drive forward its plans to offer a full range of services for building health and safety compliance.
