We are pleased to report that Lawrence Stephens has acted on behalf of client ActivTrades PLC to turn around their largest loan to date.

Real Estate Finance Associate, Andreas Panteli, led on the completion of the £8.8 million part-bridging, part-development loan, collaborating closely with ActivTrades’ Managing Director of Property Lending, Steve Brennan. The record-breaking loan was introduced by Dale Robinson of Equity One Finance Ltd.
