Lawrence Stephens Completes Multi-Property Refinance Worth £8.5 Million

The Lawrence Stephens Real Estate Finance team has again completed a multi-million-pound refinance against an extensive property portfolio for a valued client.
Working within especially tight timescales, Lawrence Stephens’ Real Estate Finance solicitors acted for the client – a high-net-worth individual – to carry out a refinance of an existing debt facility over a portfolio of 43 residential and commercial properties across London. The transaction value totalled £8.5 million.
The deal was led by Real Estate Finance Consultant, David Seal, who was assisted by Trainee Solicitor Alex Duncliffe-Vines.
This multi-property refinance is another in a long list of successful high-value financial transactions carried out by the Lawrence Stephens Real Estate Finance department in 2020.
