We are pleased to announce that Lawrence Stephens has enabled leading dental laboratory business, Amalgamated Laboratory Solutions Limited, to substantially develop its assets and expand its business in the UK.

Lawrence Stephens’ Senior Director, Steven Bernstein, successfully acted for Amalgamated Laboratory Solutions Limited (ALS), an Ansor Portfolio company, to enable the acquisition of three dental laboratories across the UK: Casterbridge Dental in Poundbury, Casterbridge; Ashford Orthodontics in Sunderland; and Dental Technique in Perth. Leading UK SME investor, Ansor, has shared the news and further information on the businesses involved on its website.

With 30 years’ legal experience of providing specialist corporate legal advice, Steven Bernstein worked with ALS to enable it to expand its assets and work towards achieving its aim of becoming the primary dental laboratory business in the UK.
