We are delighted to announce that Lawrence Stephens has acted for Aldermore Bank to complete a property refinance with a loan value of £3,955,000.

Lawrence Stephens’ Secured Lending team, with Nicolas Barritt leading on the deal, worked collaboratively and flexibly with the bank, in particular Lending Manager, Luke Beirne, and its broker, Kinak Thakore, to complete the multi-million pound refinance of a new-build property containing 48 self-contained flats, which are currently being used as student accommodation.
