Lawrence Stephens Real Estate Partner, Avi Barr and Senior Associate Craig Mullen recently supported multi-national logistics firm Tigers Global Logistics with its move to a major new logistics facility in Thurrock.
The opening of this new site will create 50 additional jobs as the Tigers business goes from strength to strength.
Avi Barr commented:
“Tigers are a much valued client of Lawrence Stephens and so we were delighted to support them in securing this new facility in Thurrock, which is one of the largest industrial lettings in the M25 area so far this year. It’s wonderful to see their business go from strength to strength and we’re looking forward to being part of their journey going forward.”
Shahar Ayash, Managing Director UK and Europe, Tigers, added:
“It was great to work with Lawrence Stephens on this important investment – Avi and Craig’s support and advice was invaluable every step of the way. This is a multi-million-pound investment by Tigers in the UK, despite Brexit, and not only will it create new jobs, it will also secure our future as a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry as e-commerce demand continues to grow. A big thanks to Avi, Craig and the wider Lawrence Stephens team for helping to make this happen.”
The new facility is conveniently located off the M25 with proximity to the Port of Felixstowe, central London, and all main road routes to the Midlands, Wales, northern England, and Scotland.
