We are delighted to welcome Mark Toland to our Real Estate Finance and Commercial Real Estate teams. Mark joins Lawrence Stephens as an Associate from Wright Hassall LLP and brings with him 4 years of experience as a qualified solicitor.

Mark has worked extensively with bridging and high street lenders, advising clients on the security of their lending across all types of commercial property and residential developments. Mark has advised on a wide range of property matters, acting for large national developers, registered providers, and both commercial landlords as well as tenants. He has extensive experience managing multi million pound deals, and recently acted for a major high street bank on a significant transaction that incorporated nearly 900 agreements across over 40 titles.

The effects of COVID-19 have not hampered our commitment to building and nurturing talent at the firm, and we are constantly strengthening our business in the face of new challenges for our clients. We look forward to the qualities and expertise Mark is bringing to the firm and wish him every success in his new role.
