I qualified into the Property and Real Estate Finance department at Lawrence Stephens Solicitors in January 2013 and was promoted to Associate in September 2014.

I regularly act for a range of Commercial Banks, Bridging Lenders and Borrowers in acquisitions and portfolio refinancing deals of varying complexity, ranging from £100,000 to £18m.  My experience includes working for individuals and companies on a range of residential sales and acquisitions of Freehold, Leasehold and New Build properties.

I am a people person. Building strong relationships with my clients by investing time into getting to know them and their business needs ensures my advice is always commercial and practical.  I enjoy the thrill of getting complex deals over the line.

Outside of work, I am kept busy by my 3 young daughters.  I love cooking, baking and fitness.

Experience highlights 

• Acting for Borrower on an £8.5m refinancing of a site in central London in a matter of days
• Acting for Borrower on an £18m refinancing of a portfolio of 120 residential properties
• Being a key part of the team at LS that assisted a Banking client grow a loan book of £60m to £2.5b in a little under 3 years
