We are pleased to welcome Senior Associate Ausra Kaminskaite to our expanding Real Estate Finance & Banking team.

Ausra brings a wealth of experience to our Real Estate Finance & Banking arm, having acted for lenders, borrowers and investors on the full spectrum of real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, investment and development finance. Bridging finance is one of Ausra’s key areas of interest, and she has recently acted for a number of well-known bridging lenders on a variety of complex transactions.

A fluent Lithuanian and Russian speaker, Ausra also acts for clients on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including all aspects of landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, lettings, leasehold renewals and transfers of portfolios to corporate structures.
