We are delighted to announce that renowned family lawyer Jay Patel has joined Lawrence Stephens as Director of our newly established Family department.

A highly skilled solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience in family law, Jay has acted for a wide range of clients – both domestic and international – on matters including divorces; dissolution of civil partnerships; financial claims and remedies; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and child arrangement orders.

Jay is also an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and is a Resolution-approved mediator, offering mediation services in both English and Gujarati.

While he acts for high-net-worth individuals on both domestic and cross-border divorces involving substantial assets, Jay has also advised high-profile politicians, entrepreneurs, business-owners, foreign nationals, non-domiciles and sports professionals.
