Lawrence Stephens’ Real Estate department has acted for high-profile international investors to complete a purchase of a multi-million-pound Central London commercial property.

Real Estate Director Nick Marshall led on the transaction, with the assistance of Trainee Solicitor Lucy Cadley, to enable the overseas investors to add the iconic Westminster property to their strong portfolio of London real estate.

This significant deal comprises a wider body of work for these valued clients; in November 2020 Nick acted for the same investors to secure purchases on two other commercial properties in Central London, each with eight-figure price tags.
