Lawrence Stephens has acted for valued client Whitehall Capital to complete a £2,025,000 bridging loan on a prime residential property in London’s Marylebone.
The completion of the bridging loan enables a refinance of the £2.7 million four-bedroom apartment, which is located in the historic Bickenhall Mansions, just off Baker Street.
This complex transaction involved input from various legal experts, including a practitioner specialising in Anguillan law.
The deal was led by Indre Johnston, Lawrence Stephens’ Senior Associate Banking Solicitor, with support from Solicitor Katrina Hanak, who managed the property law aspect of the transaction.
Indre Johnston, Senior Associate, comments:
“It was a pleasure to have been able to support Whitehall Capital on this significant bridging loan transaction; we’re very pleased that the dedication and collaboration on both sides meant that we could drive this complex deal over the line efficiently and deliver an excellent result for our client.”
