Lawrence Stephens has successfully acted for the owners of production company Production Plus Limited in relation to a sale to Shooting Partners Holdings Limited, part of audio-visual technology group, Anna Valley Ltd.

Hertfordshire-based Production Plus Limited is a full-service production company that delivers logistical, digital, technical and creative event solutions to clients across the corporate, hospitality and events industries as well as private clients. In addition to the facilities and extensive expertise of the business’s 50-strong workforce, buyer Shooting Partners Holdings Ltd. has also acquired its large collection of state-of-the-art AV and technical equipment.

Lawrence Stephens first began working with Production Plus seven years ago when the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team acted for Andy Miller and Julian Rees in successfully completing a management buy-out of Production Plus. Since then, Senior Director Jeff Rubenstein has built a strong working relationship with the business’s former owners, Andy and Julian, and has supported them at every stage throughout the lifecycle of their business.

Jeff Rubenstein led a team from Lawrence Stephens’ Corporate Department , including Katherine Zangana, Aashay Knights, Sona Shah, with assistance from Real Estate Director Nick Marshall, to negotiate and deliver a sale tailored to the wishes of the former shareholders.
