We’re pleased to report that Lawrence Stephens has completed a sale of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) on behalf of a valued corporate client for £36 million.

The SPV owned 114 residential properties across north-east London.

Lawrence Stephens’ team worked diligently and flexibly with the client and counter-party to initially negotiate an Exclusivity Agreement and then swiftly completed the sale six weeks later, on 12 July.

The deal was led by Senior Director, Gregory Palos, with support from Senior Director Steven Bernstein, Director Paul Marsh, Solicitor Katrina Hanak and Trainee Solicitor Isobel Moran.
