Lawrence Stephens Promotes Nisha Saigal to Director

We are delighted to announce that Real Estate Finance Senior Associate Nisha Saigal has been promoted to the role of Director.

Since joining Lawrence Stephens as an Associate in 2015, Nisha’s exceptional dedication and expertise has enabled her to rise through the ranks to Senior Associate and now Director.

A highly valued asset to Lawrence Stephens’ Real Estate Finance team, Nisha has more than 12 years’ experience specialising in commercial property and is known for her commitment to establishing strong relationships and delivering excellent service to clients. Nisha works across a variety of matters including acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, residential and commercial investments. Nisha has a particular focus on Real Estate Finance acting for a number of lenders including commercial lenders, bridging lenders and digital mortgage lenders.

Despite the considerable challenges posed to the market over the past year, Nisha has incessantly gone over and above to deliver for her clients and achieve excellent results for the firm, closing on transactions with a total value of £31.5 million in 2020. In February Nisha was also recognised for her contribution to the specialist finance industry when she was listed in Bridging & Commercial’s Power List 2021.
