We are delighted to announce that Paul Marsh has joined the Partnership at Lawrence Stephens.

Paul joined us in 2016 and quickly became an indispensable member of our Real Estate, Secured Lending and Banking team. With a background in sales and marketing, Paul brings a strong commercial acumen to the Partnership, which has earned him a stellar record with clients over the years.

Paul acts for clients on a wide variety of commercial and residential property and landlord and tenant matters, including sales, purchases, leases and licences. He also works closely with our Company & Commercial team, advising their clients on all property matters during company sale transactions. Within his secured lending practice, Paul regularly acts for a number of borrowers and large financial institutions.

Despite the disruption brought by COVID-19, we continue to strengthen our business as we face up to these new challenges, and remain committed to our staff and their professional development throughout this period.
