We are pleased to announce that Steven Bernstein, Senior Director in Lawrence Stephens’ Corporate & Commercial department, has carried out M&A deals for two Ansor portfolio companies to enable them to expand their business in the UK.

Acting on behalf of 4C Procurement (4CP), a leading UK procurement consultancy, Steven enabled the acquisition of two further successful UK procurement consultancies, MCP2 and Ebit Intelligent Procurement.

These acquisitions have enabled 4CP to take a significant step forward in their plan to develop a trusted multi-service procurement consultancy with an international reach.

Steven also acted for another Ansor company, Efficient Building Solutions (EBS), to complete a merger with Go Eco Renewables (Go Eco), a renewable energy systems developer for domestic and small commercial properties. This move comprises part of EBS’s ambition to become the premier company for energy-efficient building design in the UK.
