We are delighted to announce the hire of Private Client expert, Gareth Hughes, who has joined Lawrence Stephens to lead our Private Wealth & Succession Planning practice.

With over 18 years’ experience in the industry, Gareth has developed specialist knowledge and expertise in acting to protect and preserve the wealth of his private clients.

Gareth typically acts for HNWIs based both in the UK and internationally, advising on the preparation of complex wills, probate administration, tax and estate planning, trust creation and administration as well as personal welfare matters that require applications to the Court of Protection and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Previously a Partner and Head of Wealth Preservation at Greenwoods GRM LLP, Gareth has also held partnerships at Silverman Sherliker LLP, Laytons LLP, Rollingsons Solicitors Limited and Bowling & Co Solicitors.
