Number One The Avenue is a striking building comprising, office spaces, luxury retail outlets, restaurants and bars. This transaction involved surrendering some existing leases and granting new leases for three separate floors in the building to the new tenants CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP.
