Meet Charlotte

I am a Corporate, Commercial and Banking solicitor at Lawrence Stephens.  I expertly advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, primarily acting for challenger banks and alternative lenders and clients in the fashion, retail, property and entertainment industries.

I have experience with commercial clients at every stage of the lifecycle of a business.  From mind-mapping initial business ideas through to incorporation of a company and on to advising on the day-to-day management of a business.  I have also assisted with sales and acquisitions of businesses, implemented share schemes including redemptions and buy-backs and have assisted with other types of reorganisations required as the life of a business evolves.

I have also been instrumental in the development of the firm’s banking and employment practices.  Having acted on multi-million-pound transactions and developed lasting relationships with banks and private lenders, I have a strong understanding of the sector.  Alongside this, I drive firm-wide initiatives related to employment law, an area which affects a number of my commercial clients.

When I'm not working, I enjoy cross-country runs and running marathons for charity, spending time with my husband and daughter, retail therapy and catching up with friends.  I'm  interested in health and nutrition and am always trying out new recipes on friends.
