I joined Lawrence Stephens in August 2018 as an Associate and have significant experience in a broad range of Commercial Property matters.

I act for clients in sales and acquisitions of both freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, refinances involving large property portfolios and business sales and purchases.

I also have particular expertise in secured lending, having acted for several lenders and borrowers in respect of commercial loans, bridging loans and development loans.

Away from the office, I like to keep fit by regularly playing tennis and attending the gym.  I am also an avid reader and enjoy travelling and exploring new places.

Experience highlights 

• Acting for a property developer in relation to a lease to a major hotel brand, associated development work and sale of the land for £10m
• Acting for a client in relation to the development of a block of flats and subsequent sale of land for £3.5m
• Acting for an investor in the purchase of a property for £3m and associated refinancing of his properties
