Nishta joined Lawrence Stephens in August 2018 as an Associate and has significant experience in a broad range of commercial property matters.

Nishta’s acts for clients in sales and acquisitions of both freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, refinances including where large property portfolios are involved and business sales and purchases.

Nishta also has particular expertise in secured lending having acted for several lenders and borrowers in respect of commercial loans, bridging loans and development loans.

Away from the office, Nishta likes to keep fit by regularly playing tennis and attending the gym.  Nishta is also an avid reader and enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Experience highlights 

• Acting for a property developer in relation to a lease to a major hotel brand, associated development work and sale of the land for £10m.
• Acting for a client in relation to the development of a block of flats and subsequent sale of land for £3.5m.
• Acting for an investor in the purchase of a property for £3m and associated refinancing of his properties.
