Lawrence Stephens Partners Steven Bernstein (Banking) and Avi Barr (Property) have led a team, including Craig Mullen and Milana Katz, which acted on a £25,000,000 refinance on behalf of the Lender, Alpha Property Lending. The Borrower, Abbey Healthcare Group has refinanced several care homes across Britain with Alpha.

The Kenfin Group were instrumental in the deal and Robert Sherman of Kenfin commented, “we were delighted to be able to bring this deal together for the benefit of all the parties.
