• Expansion in the Real Estate department creates senior position for Goli-Michelle Banan.
• Banan to join as Head of Residential Real Estate from 10^th October 2022.
• Steven Roskin to joined as Director in the Residential Real Estate department on the 6^th October 2022.

Goli-Michelle joins the firm from Child & Child, where she headed up the Real Estate department, having been part of the Residential Real Estate team since 2016. She brings with her more than 10 years’ experience in the prime London residential property market, and specialises in the acquisition of residential property, as well as commercial and mixed-use land for residential development, and the financing or refinancing of individual properties and property portfolios.

Having joined the Lawrence Stephens Residential Real Estate team as a Director 6^th October 2022, Steven Roskin previously worked in a senior position in the Real Estate team at Child & Child and has extensive experience in working in the prime central London property market and advises on all types of residential property transactions.

The appointments follow a sustained period of growth at Lawrence Stephens and a wave of senior hires across the firm in 2022. Goli-Michelle Banan and Steven Roskin will join the broad team of Real Estate Directors and solicitors at Lawrence Stephens as the department continues to grow.
