Following a fantastic period of growth, matched by relentless commitment and talent across the firm, Lawrence Stephens has made a series of promotions across the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance departments. These moves will strengthen the respective departments and provide a clear avenue for further expansion and excellent client servicing.

In the Real Estate Finance team, Andreas Pantelli and Stavros Theophilou have been promoted to Director roles. Both young Directors started their legal careers within the firm. Andreas joined Lawrence Stephens as a Trainee Solicitor in 2013 and Stavros joined the firm on his first day of qualification.

The Real Estate team at Lawrence Stephens has also made a number of promotions, including Angela McCarthy to Senior Associate and Aashay Knights and Milana Katz to Associates.

Each promotion has been widely celebrated both within the firm and by our longstanding clients.

Gregory Palos, Senior Director, comments on the promotions: “I am delighted to see bot Andreas and Stavros become Directors. Stavros Theophilou, Director in the Real Estate Finance team comments: “I joined Lawrence Stephens on qualification as a solicitor and shortly after, decided I was in it for the long-haul. Fast forward five years and with unparalleled support from the firm it means a great deal to have been promoted to the role of Director. I look forward to contributing meaningfully and innovatively to the already exceptional group of Directors as we continue to secure our prominent position in the Real Estate Finance sector for client service excellence”.

Andreas Panteli, Director in the Real Estate Finance team comments: “Having embarked upon my legal career as a trainee at Lawrence Stephens 9 years ago, it is a real honor to have been promoted to the role of Director. I have witnessed and participated in a sustained period of growth and success at Lawrence Stephens. This is a result of the firm offering a consistent and exceptional level of service to our clients combined with the progressive approach of the firm’s directors. I am therefore thrilled to be joining the directorship and am looking forward to contributing to the ongoing success of the firm and its  Real Estate Finance department”.

Angela McCarthy, Senior Associate in the Real Estate team comments: “I’m delighted to have been promoted to the role of Senior Associate.  I only joined Lawrence Stephens just over a year ago, but have felt at home since my arrival.  The firm have demonstrated what a welcoming and inclusive culture they have and have shown that you don’t have to have been here for years before your hard work and a desire to progress are recognised and rewarded”.
