Lawrence Stephens recently acted on behalf of Scutum Group UK Limited in connection with the acquisition of Electro Guard Fire and Security Ltd, the supplier of fire and security systems, based in Dundee. Completed on 30^th June, the transaction concludes another successful acquisition for Scutum Group, and accounts for its ninth regional UK office.

The deal was led by Jeff Rubenstein, Senior Director, with support from Aashay Knights, Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department and Lucy Cadley, trainee solicitor. Assistance with Scottish corporate and property legal aspects of the transaction was provided by Michael Currie and Paul Jennings from Aberdein Considine.
