Lawrence Stephens’ Corporate & Commercial department has completed three major acquisitions for Ansor Group with the acquisition of Dental Excellence, Norwich Orthodontics and Passion Dental.

The Lawrence Stephens team, led by Senior Director, Steven Bernstein and assisted by Katherine Zangana acted for ALS (Amalgamated Laboratory Solutions) to acquire the three dental practices. Dental Excellence is a progressive, digitally focused laboratory based in Shrewsbury focusing on private implant and cosmetic dentistry.

Norwich Orthodontics is a leading 3D printing digital orthodontic laboratory, whilst Passion Dental is a leading private focused laboratory specialising in cosmetic and implant dentistry. with over 20 years of implant experience and a strong reputation within the industry.
