A team of Lawrence Stephens’ Real Estate Finance and Corporate & Commercial solicitors has completed a £13 million company acquisition on behalf of a successful property developer client.

The property involved in the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is a multi-storey commercial building based in Romford which has a number of strong tenants already occupying the building in six separate office suites.

The multimillion-pound transaction is the largest ever completed by the client and the acquisition of this property has enabled them to significantly expand their commercial property portfolio.

Real Estate Finance Solicitor, Stavros Theophilou, managed the property aspects to the transaction while colleagues from the Corporate & Commercial department – Senior Director, Steven Bernstein, and Solicitor, Aashay Knights – arranged the necessary security and loan documentation related to the purchase.
